Get Back on Track with Our Tailored Exercise Classes

At PhysioWorks, we believe that everyone deserves the chance to move well and feel strong, no matter where you're starting from. That's why we’ve created two unique exercise classes to help you manage chronic pain, rebuild strength, and stay motivated.  These classes are run by our Exercise Physiologist, Olivia Matthews at our Ashgrove PhysioWorks clinic.  

BackWorks Class: A Solution for Chronic Low Back Pain

When: Wednesday at 1:00 PM
Led by: Exercise Physiologist Olivia Matthews
Where: Fitstop Gym (next door to our Ashgrove PhysioWorks clinic)

If you’ve been struggling with chronic low back pain, the BackWorks class is designed to help you manage and improve your condition through movement-based techniques. With a focus on building full-body strength, this class gives you the tools for long-term success.

In a supportive and social group setting, you’ll not only increase your strength but also build the confidence to progress to home exercises or even back to the gym. Plus, it’s a cost-effective way to get the benefits of professional guidance and motivation!

RehabWorks Class: Supervised Rehab in a Group Setting

When: Wednesday at 11:30 AM
Led by: Exercise Physiologist Olivia Matthews
Where: Fitstop Gym (next door to our Ashgrove PhysioWorks clinic)

If you're new to the gym or need extra support with technique, the RehabWorks class might be just what you need. This class is perfect for anyone who prefers to rehab in a group environment, whilst still receiving individualised attention.

How Do I Get Involved? 

After an initial assessment with Olivia, our AEP or a PhysioWorks Physiotherapist, you’ll get an individualised program tailored to your needs. The ongoing supervision and group support will help you stay motivated, consistent, and on track with your recovery. Plus, you’ll leave with a full program to continue your progress at home or in the gym!

Both of these classes are designed to provide a motivating environment where you can take control of your health journey. Whether you’re managing chronic pain or rebuilding strength after injury, our expert-led classes will help you get back to the activities you love.
